AVL Korea Co. Ltd. offers a job in Korea (the Republic of) (KR) as

IT Specialist

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation, stability, and security of our IT environment. You will be responsible for managing the administration of IT systems and collaborating with business units and users to ensure effective alignment of IT and business processes with global standards.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a first point of contact for IT technical support for internal employees on daily basis.
Communicate and collaborate with Global IT regularly to apply Global IT policies and systems locally.
Purchase and manage IT assets, software, network, and budget for PC and software licenses.
Establish and manage ISMS (information security) and IT policies.
Conduct trainings such as information security, new employee training as part of first day induction program and new systems training for all employees.
Provide ongoing monitoring, performance tuning, implementation, and fault root cause analysis improve local ERP systems.
Oversee IT outsourcing services.
Assist with business projects including prepare for and respond to ISO 27001 audits.

YOUR PROFILE:

College degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in Information Technology support
Understanding of ERP business processes and in-depth knowledge of IT technologies (CISCO - CCNA, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS Server, Windows, MS Server, Office 365, Teams) is required.
Knowledge & experience with Service Now or similar ticketing system will be a plus
Experience in ISO certification and information security operations.
Capable of reading and understanding English document and emails & intermediate level of proficiency in spoken and written English.
