Do you want hands‑on experience with project management, governance, and ERP transformation in a complex organisation?
We are looking for a structured, analytical, and curious student assistant to join our ERP PMO team. You will become part of the engine room behind our ERP transformation programme and gain valuable insight into how large-scale system implementations are governed and executed across business and IT.
BWSC – Ever better energy!
Join us in our mission in building a world of sustainable energy and make a meaningful impact on the world of power generation and energy conversion.
BWSC is a leading player in the power generation industry, specializing in the service, operations, and maintenance of power plants. We are at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions, working closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to develop and construct cutting-edge power-to-x facilities. Our commitment to excellence, innovation, and environmental stewardship sets us apart in the industry.
The position
As a Student Assistant in the ERP PMO (Enterprise Resource Planning – Project Management Office), you will be an integrated part of the governance and coordination of our ongoing ERP transformation. You will support program management, project leaders, and key stakeholders across business and IT — ensuring progress, structure, and high-quality documentation.
You will gain practical experience with programme steering, risk and issue management, and executive reporting in a complex and fast-moving environment.
Key tasks
- Maintain and update project plans and milestones
- Prepare presentations and status material for steering committees
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and cross-functional activities — including follow-up on actions
- Structure, quality-check, and manage documentation
- Support risk management, issue tracking and maintain risk, issue, and decision logs
- Assist with data follow-up and basic analysis
- Handle ad hoc tasks related to the ERP implementation and PMO activities
The position is part-time (approx. 10-15 hours per week). We offer flexible working hours and naturally accommodate exam periods.
Qualifications
We expect the ideal candidate to be genuinely enthusiastic about their role, show initiative, and be able to operate both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders.
- You are currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s programme (e.g., Business Administration, Cand.merc., HA(it.) or similar)
- You have an interest in project management, processes and digital solutions
- You work systematically and have an eye for detail
- You are comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel
- You communicate clearly in English as well as Danish
- Experience with ERP systems or project methodologies is an advantage — but not a requirement
