Statement Of Purpose (Overall Purpose of Job)

Handle and provide IT duties within the Company.
*

Major Duties & Responsibilities*
(A) Specific :

  • Responsible for on-site / off-site / remote troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of IT related solutions.
  • To provide service support and maintenance to HQ & Site Office.
  • Maintain and troubleshooting Desktop / Notebook / Server / Network / Printer.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, which includes update patches, fixed asset tracking and status update.
  • Maintain hardware and software inventory records for audit and asset management purposes.
  • Protect the organizations value by keeping information confidential.
  • Plan, develop and manage procedure for the smooth operations.
  • Liaise with distributor/vendors on application and technical support.
  • Prepare and update multimedia slideshow or festival E-Card.

(B) General :

  • Handle and provide IT support within the Company.
  • Manage and support daily operations and ad hoc requests and requirements.
  • Others duties as assigned.

(C) Safety:

  • Follow the safety procedures, rules and regulations and eliminate or reduce hazard at the work place.

Job Requirements

(A) Education, Qualifications & Special Training :

  • NITEC, Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
  • Job holder without the above qualification but with relevant experience would be considered.

(B) Knowledge & Skills :

  • Good working attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Required skill(s) : Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware and software.
  • Ability to quickly establish good working relationships.
  • Good communication skills (Verbal and written).

(C) Experience :

  • Possess at least 1 year IT helpdesk support experience.
  • Experience in providing technical support on network and application issues.
  • Maintain and troubleshooting Desktop / Server / Network / Printer.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,300.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Performance bonus

Experience:

  • IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Software troubleshooting: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Technical support: 1 year (Preferred)
  • IT Help desk: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
