Who You Are:

Do you love talking to people and have a passion for travel and being active outdoors? Do you have a deep-rooted desire to help others and prepare them for a positive active travel experience of their own? Do you have great attention to detail and you’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? If you answered yes to these three questions, we may have an opportunity for you!

Department: IT Infrastructure
Reports to: Ivan Pildek - IT Support Specialist
Location: Pernes-les-Fontaines, France
Experience Level: 1-2 years

About the Role
We are looking for an IT Support Coordinator to join our IT Infrastructure team in France. This role is well suited for someone looking to expend and build strong, hands-on experience in an enterprise IT environment while contributing meaningfully to day-to-day operations and support.

You will serve as a key point of contact for local and international colleagues, helping ensure they remain productive through reliable, responsive IT support. The role provides exposure to modern identity, endpoint, and collaboration technologies, and involves close collaboration with experienced infrastructure engineers on both operational and improvement-driven initiatives.

As part of the team, you will gradually take ownership of additional responsibilities as your skills and confidence grow, with support, mentorship, and clear opportunities to deepen your technical and operational impact within the infrastructure function.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a friendly, dependable first point of contact for end users in France and across our global offices.
  • Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across core systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Exchange, Microsoft 365, RingCentral, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Salesforce.
  • Support identity and access management processes, including group management, rolebased access, and basic conditional access tasks within Entra ID and integrated IdP platforms (e.g., Okta).
  • Troubleshoot desktop, application, identity, and connectivity issues; escalate appropriately to senior engineers when needed.
  • Support Windows 11 in a business environment, along with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and RingCentral.
  • Assist with endpoint provisioning and lifecycle management using Microsoft Intune and PXE-based imaging.
  • Coordinate desk and PC move/add/change (MAC) activities and support on-site hardware setup.
  • Partner with Operations to prepare, configure, and hand off equipment to field staff ahead of each season, ensuring all assets are functional, accounted for, and ready for deployment.
  • Track and maintain accurate inventory records for IT devices throughout their lifecycle.
  • Receive returned equipment at the end of each season, check it back into asset management systems, test functionality, and help identify items requiring repair or replacement.
  • Contribute to annual equipment forecasting and support procurement planning based on lifecycle and usage trends.
  • Own support tickets from intake through resolution, keeping users informed and documenting outcomes.
  • Help maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and digital resources used by field staff.
  • Perform physical handling of hardware as required, including lifting equipment up to 20 kg (approximately 45 lbs).

What We’re Looking For

  • Professional working proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 gained through education, an internship (stage / alternance), or early professional experience.
  • Basic exposure to Identity Providers (IdP) and single sign-on concepts, including platforms such as Entra ID or Okta.
  • Exposure to supporting Windows 11 in an academic or business environment.
  • Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, remote access technologies (VPN, RDP), and the OSI model.
  • Comfort using command-line tools (CMD, PowerShell, terminal) for day-to-day troubleshooting.
  • A service-oriented mindset: patient, approachable, and able to explain technical topics to non-technical users.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good judgment around when to resolve independently, when to escalate, and when to ask for guidance.
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a desire to continue learning.
  • Awareness of data protection principles and a commitment to responsible handling of user data (GDPR).

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including group management, application assignments, and basic conditional access policies.
  • Experience with third-party Identity Providers such as Okta, including user provisioning and SSO troubleshooting.
  • Initial exposure to PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation or administrative tasks.
  • Experience supporting macOS and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
  • Prior helpdesk, stage, alternance, or part-time IT support experience.
  • French language skills are a plus

Education & Certifications

  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional, internship, or apprenticeship experience will be considered.
  • Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+, or Microsoft certifications, are appreciated. CCNA or VMware certifications are a bonus but not expected.

Why Join Us

  • A clear development path within a global IT organization with mentorship from experienced engineers.
  • Exposure to a modern enterprise technology stack from day one (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Atlassian, Salesforce, RingCentral).
  • A collaborative, international environment supporting colleagues across multiple regions
