It Support Engineer(L1)

L1 Technician for the French plant, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an after-hours shift for a maximum of 5 calls (over the phone only) per month.

Must know French and English.

The requirements for the technician are as follows:

  • Advanced troubleshooting skills, both procedural and non-procedural.
  • Experience in key platforms: Windows 10/11, ManageEngine Endpoint Central, Active Directory, Google Workspace, Sophos EDR and MDM.
  • The ITSM and CMDB will be JIRA.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic Hardware Repair, level 1. This is to be able to pass the equipment to warranty execution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the job.
  • English language in both, apart from native in French in France

Pay: 2,700.00€ - 2,900.00€ per month
