Summary
Provide first‑ and second‑line support to end users to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues and maintain IT service quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Triage and resolve tickets via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
  • Support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices (Windows/macOS).
  • Manage user accounts and basic permissions (Active Directory/Azure AD, Google Admin).
  • Troubleshoot network/Wi‑Fi/VPN issues and escalate complex problems.
  • Deploy and image workstations; maintain asset inventory and tagging.
  • Use remote support tools and document resolutions in the knowledge base.
  • Assist onboarding/offboarding (device provisioning, access setup, secure data removal).
  • Apply patches and endpoint security updates per change control.
  • Participate in on‑call or after‑hours support as required.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years helpdesk or desktop support experience.
  • Strong desktop troubleshooting (Windows/macOS) and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure AD, basic networking, and ticketing systems.
  • Experience with remote support tools and endpoint management preferred.
  • CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
