Summary
Provide first‑ and second‑line support to end users to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues and maintain IT service quality.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and resolve tickets via phone, email, chat, and ticketing system.
- Support desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and mobile devices (Windows/macOS).
- Manage user accounts and basic permissions (Active Directory/Azure AD, Google Admin).
- Troubleshoot network/Wi‑Fi/VPN issues and escalate complex problems.
- Deploy and image workstations; maintain asset inventory and tagging.
- Use remote support tools and document resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Assist onboarding/offboarding (device provisioning, access setup, secure data removal).
- Apply patches and endpoint security updates per change control.
- Participate in on‑call or after‑hours support as required.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years helpdesk or desktop support experience.
- Strong desktop troubleshooting (Windows/macOS) and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with Active Directory/Azure AD, basic networking, and ticketing systems.
- Experience with remote support tools and endpoint management preferred.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred.
Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
