Job Overview

Vglobaltech ApS is seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to join our growing team in Copenhagen. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting IT-related issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation of company systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support to employees and clients
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
• Support Microsoft 365, Windows, and cloud-based applications
• Monitor IT systems and ensure security best practices are followed
• Maintain user accounts, permissions, and system documentation
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently
• Escalate complex technical issues when necessary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and cybersecurity practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and remote support tools
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL are a plus
