Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies? Join our team at Novo Nordisk as an IT System Manager. We are a new department with many exciting tasks ahead, including working with robots.

The position
As our IT System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operation and maintenance of IT systems, identifying new internal and external requirements, and coordinat-ing activities with QC and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on vendors and managing service level agreements. You will also be entrusted with maintaining docu-mentation on the state of the equipment, which includes creating IT Risk Assessments, performing IT Qualifications, User Review Reports, Configuration Reviews, IT Periodic System Evaluation, Deviation Handling, Change Request handling, lifecycle management handling, and more.

Qualifications
We are seeking someone with technical flair who is curious about new technologies. To excel in this role, you should:
  • Hold a master’s degree in engineering, Pharmaceutical, Science, IT, or other relevant fields.
  • Preferably have some experience in a pharmaceutical or other highly regulated environment.
  • Have a keen interest in gaining knowledge within IT.
  • Possess a systematic and scientific approach to your work.
  • Speak both English and Danish fluently.

This role is also open to recent graduates with a passion for developing further in the field. It will be seen as an advantage if you have gained some experience within production, process optimization, and/or IT, from full-time positions, student jobs, and/or internships. On a personal level, you should thrive in a dynamic environment, where the priorities often change, and where you do not compro-mise on the quality of your work and the documentation within your scope. You are a team player who enjoys a lot of social interaction.

About the department
You will be part of the IT system management team in our IT & automa-tion department in our new location in Høje Taastrup.
The team’s main tasks are to initiate, drive, and participate in various IT related tasks to ensure our production, compliance, and future quality and regulatory requirements. We drive the digitalization strategy for Oral Development & Finished products. Our team has a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common to support and help each other, have a good time and make a big difference.
