Corporate Office Inc. operates multiple diverse businesses across the Columbus area, including childcare facilities and other non-hospital settings. We are seeking a skilled and reliable IT Systems & Facilities Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring our staff are fully supported with technology, hardware, and software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support across multiple business locations in the greater Columbus area.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain hardware (desktops, laptops, phones, cameras, wiring, etc.).
  • Support software platforms including Microsoft Office Suite, Paycom, Zoho, BestNotes, Alora, RingCentral, and others.
  • Coordinate technology onboarding for new hires (account setup, equipment provisioning, access credentials).
  • Manage offboarding for departing employees, ensuring accounts and equipment are properly handled.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity, phone systems, and other facility-related IT needs.
  • Maintain documentation of equipment inventory and technology processes.
  • Collaborate with management and staff to ensure smooth technology operations.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in IT support, facilities coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking basics.
  • Familiarity with online platforms such as Paycom, Zoho, BestNotes, Alora, and RingCentral preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across different business units.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance required.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Full-time position (Monday–Friday, business hours, with flexibility as needed).
  • Travel throughout the greater Columbus area to support multiple business unit locations.

Compensation

  • Pay commensurate with skills and experience.
  • Benefits package available.
