Job Description

Zycus is looking to hire BE / MCA 2025 – 26 graduates as INTERN for ITIS Department and is organising a Walk-In drive on 11th April 2026 at our office in our Bangalore Office at Bagmane World Technology Centre SEZ.

We are hiring BE/BTech graduates for our IT Infrastructure & Support (ITIS) team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong AI acumen who can leverage AI tools to improve efficiency, automate tasks, and support IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support for IT infrastructure, systems, and internal tools
Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms) to troubleshoot issues and optimize workflows
Assist in automation of repetitive IT support tasks
Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues
Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes using AI-driven approaches
Document solutions, processes, and knowledge base articles
