Responsibilities

• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Foster student engagement through innovative teaching methods and interactive activities.
• Assess and evaluate student performance, providing feedback to support individual growth.
• Mentor students in their academic and personal development, promoting lifelong learning.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to develop curriculum and share best practices.
• Address behavioral issues with appropriate behavior management strategies.
• Support early intervention strategies for students requiring additional assistance.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills.

Experience

• Proven experience working with children in an educational setting is essential.
• Strong background in childhood development principles and practices.
• Familiarity with education administration processes is a plus.
• Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development preferred.
• Skills in teaching physical education are highly desirable.
• Ability to implement early intervention strategies effectively.
• Demonstrated mentoring skills that encourage student growth and achievement.
