The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior leadership role within a highly credible and well-established EDI advocacy led social enterprise. The organisation currently operates across Ireland and has ambitious plans to scale across the UK and wider markets.
As Lead Corporate Partnership Manager, you will be a key contributor within a high performing commercial team, playing a central role in driving sustainable and profitable growth. You will build and strengthen long-term corporate partnerships, unlock new income opportunities, and deliver against ambitious commercial targets that directly support the organisation’s mission and impact.
We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded sales leader who thrives on building relationships, influencing at senior levels, and developing high performing teams. A genuine passion for equality, diversity and inclusion, alongside a strong track record in partnership development and income generation, will be essential to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver across a robust and scaling business growth agenda.
2. Drive lead generation and foster new B2B customer acquisition across a range of industry sectors.
3. Onboard and manage key accounts through effective relationship management.
4. Ensure excellent customer service through clear communication, strong administration, and professional contract management.
5. Manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
6. Lead and collaborate with internal departments and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of embedding an effective EDI solution.
7. Resolve challenges through effective negotiation, motivation, and leadership.
8. Adhere to KPIs structure and effectively manage reporting via IT systems inclusive of CRM ‘Hubspot’ & MS 365 package.

Required Criteria
- 1. 5 years’ experience in a sales or commercial role with a strong record of B2B success.
- 2. Competent level of business acumen inclusive of financial & compliance reporting obligations.
- 3. Experience developing and delivering business initiatives and commercial plans.
- 4. A sound understanding of delivering against contract management via procured / won business.
- 5. Proactive, driven, and results-focused with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency.
- 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- 7. Strategic mindset with the ability to think long-term and develop end-to-end solutions.
- 8. Strong IT skillset inclusive of CRM & MS 365 Package (incl. of Excel)
Desired Criteria
- 1. Demonstratable knowledge of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) or Social Value
- 2. A sound understanding of contract management via procured / won business.
- 3. Experience of bid writing and/or submission.
