We are looking for a Janitor for our Stavanger office!

Vi søker en pålitelig og dyktig vaktmester til vårt team! Som vår nye altmuligmann vil du ha en variert og spennende arbeidshverdag med faste oppgaver, i et godt arbeidsmiljø hos oss
Arbeidsoppgaver
- Generelle vaktmesteroppgaver: Enkle reparasjoner, smøring av dører, oppheng av utstyr, sjekke lysskilder, skifte pakninger osv.
- Kontaktperson for leverandører/huseier: Ved behov for eksterne vedlikeholdstjenester.
- Ukentlig vedlikehold av kaffestasjoner: Vask/rens/påfyll, bestilling av kaffe og pappbeger.
- Ansvar for avfallshåndtering: Papir, tre, spesialavfall og makulering.
- Bistå kantine: Ved varelevering.
- Bistå ved vareleveringer: Til forskjellige avdelinger.
- Bistå administrasjonen: I forbindelse med arrangementer.
- Klargjøring av kontorplass: Ved nyansettelser.
- Generelt vedlikehold av uteområder: Parkeringsplasser og sykkelskur.
- Holde orden i fellesområder: Påse at nødutganger ikke er blokkert.
- Holde orden i boder og tilfluktsrom.
- Kontaktperson for eksterne tjenester/vedlikehold: Leverandører.
