Morning cleaning position at Washtenaw County Community Center in Ann Arbor

25 - 30 hours per week, Wednesday thru Sunday 8 to 2pm.

```Duties```
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including lobbies, restrooms, offices, and common areas
- Perform industrial and commercial cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning, bathroom cleaning/detail
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other areas as needed
- Perform floor care duties including sweeping and complete mopping, ​

- Must be able to walk up/down stairwells sweeping/mopping
- Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Adhere to cleaning schedules and ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

```Skills```
- Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and commercial cleaning equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients
