Janitorial Worker Part Time

Remove It, LLC, is looking for an experienced cleaner/janitor that can work individually. You must be able to comprehend and carry out cleaning tasks. Monday -Sunday

Responsibilities

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Cleaner will perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects
• Cleaner will notify management of occurring deficiencies or needed equipment repairs
• Cleaner will be able and willing to make adjustments and minor repairs to equipment
• Cleaner will stock and maintain supply rooms
• Inventory control
• Cleaning site rags offsite
• Using a floor scrubber and high speed polisher
• Cooperate and coordinate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a cleaner
• Organizational skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle heavy cleaning equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets for cleaning chemicals
• Must be able to physically work site by foot
• Work for 4-8 hours on foot
• Integrity

• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
