Required experienced sushi, bao and dim sum chef for a restaurant in Kolkata, who has knowledge of Japanese dishes and some knowledge of pan Asian . will work as department head.
Experience chef prefer first.

Must know menu planning.

Must know stock counting and closing stock adjustment.
Food and accommodation is free.
Weekly off.

Experience:

• total work: 10 years (Preferred)
• Pan Asian : 5 years (Preferred)
• Sushi & Dim sum : 5 years (Preferred)
