Japanese-Speaking Ophthalmology Receptionist

A private ophthalmology clinic seeking a Japanese/ English bilingual receptionist.

- Japanese proficiency (speaking and written) required. Your proficiency will be assessed during an interview.

- Receptionist's tasks include checking in/out patients, scheduling patients, collecting co-pays, answering phone calls, responding to patients with secure texting in English/Japanese, checking patient's insurance information, and performing some testing.

- No medical background or experience necessary, customer service experience is helpful.

- Needs to be proficient in computer use including MS word and excel.

- Work hours 7:30am-4:00pm on Mon, Tue, Thu, and Fri. No weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 31 – 33 per week
