JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Handle end to end software development life cycle
- Application development/unit testing
- Make Detail Design, Coding, UT and implement Java-based applications.
- Guiding junior developers
- Brainstorming various strategies to deliver optimum and high-quality code.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in one of Java
- Java/polyglot developers with hands-on Java/Scala development experience.
- Experience in commercial and open-source build systems (Maven, Ant, Gradle, Bazel) and knowledge of distributed and centralized software change management systems.
- Proficiency in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Linux environments.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, and influence outcomes effectively.
- Proficiency in English with strong oral and written communication skills
