Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Java and related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React.
- Strong experience with back-end technologies, including Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
