Job Description

We are hiring experienced Java/Python & Data Structures Trainers for a 20-22-day Engineering Employability Enhancement Program (EEP) focused on placements, problem-solving, and interview readiness.

The program covers Core Java, Python, Advanced Data Structures & Algorithms, Competitive Programming concepts, and Aptitude Training, delivered in an intensive, assessment-driven format.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Java/Python + DSA training to engineering students
• Teach Arrays, Strings, Sorting, Trees, Graphs, Heaps, DP, Greedy, Recursion
• Conduct live coding & problem-solving sessions
• Explain time & space complexity clearly
• Assign regular practice problems & evaluate assessments
• Engage large batches and ensure high learner participation
• Track learner progress and align with placement objectives
• Maintain punctuality and session continuity

Required Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate (B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech)
• 5+ years of industry and/or training experience
• Strong expertise in Java/Python and Data Structures & Algorithms
• Proven experience handling college placement training
• Excellent conceptual clarity & communication skills
• Hands-on, problem-solving-oriented teaching style
• Consistently strong learner feedback record

Preferred Experience

• EdTech / Corporate Training / Placement Bootcamps
• Experience with DSA interview preparation
• Handling large and diverse learner groups

Program Details

• Start Date: 19 January 2025
• Duration: 20-22 Days (25-30 Hours/Week)
• Location: Madanapalli (On-Campus)
• Payment: 65k-75k/month + TFA
• Trainers Required: 4
