Role: JD Edwards Business Analyst

Location: Garland, TX( Remote) –CST time zone

Job type: FTE

As a JD Edwards Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting/ designing/implementing JD Edwards-based solutions and other 3 rd party software. Troubleshoot problems, recommend/design solutions, test, train users, and support.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify issues with 3rd party tools (PayCom, credit card processing, job scheduler, custom apps) and coordinate resolution with correct support structure.
• First level support for application issues or questions
• Monitor “Alert” reports for potential issues and resolve, i.e. sales orders shipped not billed
• Monitor interfaces for Sales orders, Invoices and Purchase orders and troubleshoot any issues.
• Automate business process using JDE Orchestrator
• Create/Maintain ERP reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into JD Edwards solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system changes meet business requirements.
• Make recommendations and work on projects to improve business processes.
• Participate and influence larger teams with solutions to move the business forward.
• Train/Educate users on various modules of JD Edward
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field – or Accounting/Finance with IT skills.
• 2+ years’ experience supporting JD Edwards Enterprise One applications (9.0 and above)
• Experience supporting JDE Finance, Sales, and Purchase order Modules.
• Knowledge of JDE database, common tables, and relationships between them.
• Knowledgeable in JDE setup of UDC tables, application constants, processing options, etc.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards Orchestrator
• Ability to prototype, test, walk thru business processes in test system.
• Excellent communication skills – ability to speak in both technical and business jargon.
• Detail-oriented, critical thinker with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
