We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven JEE/NEET Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the education market. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with schools, coaching institutes, tuition teachers, and students, and promoting our JEE/NEET preparation programs. This role requires extensive field travel, excellent communication skills, and a passion for educational sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit schools, coaching institutes, tuition centers, and educational institutions to promote JEE/NEET programs.
  • Generate quality leads through field activities, seminars, workshops, education fairs, and local marketing campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, coordinators, coaching owners, teachers, and educational influencers.
  • Conduct presentations and counselling sessions for students and parents regarding JEE/NEET courses.
  • Organize promotional activities in schools, residential societies, and public events to increase brand awareness.
  • Meet prospective students and parents to explain course offerings, scholarship programs, and admission processes.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the Education, EdTech, Coaching, or JEE/NEET industry.
  • Experience in institutional sales or school outreach will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Comfortable with extensive local travel and field visits.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Languages Known: English, Hindi, and the local regional language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with JEE/NEET coaching institutes or EdTech companies.
  • Existing network with schools, coaching institutes, or tuition teachers.
  • Proven track record of achieving admissions or sales targets in the education sector.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
