• Monitor and control the workflow of vehicles in the workshop to ensure timely job completion.
• Coordinate between Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts team for smooth operations.
• Prepare, open, and track Job Cards as per standard workshop procedures.
• Allocate work to technicians based on skill level and workload.
• Ensure availability of required spare parts and follow up on pending parts.
• Track vehicle turnaround time (TAT) and minimize delays.
• Update job status regularly in DMS/CRM systems.
• Verify labor and parts entries before job card closure.
• Ensure adherence to OEM and company processes.
• Support service targets related to productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
