Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support / Operations Executive who can independently handle customer and driver queries while managing daily operational and documentation tasks with accuracy. This role requires maturity, accountability, and strong follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer and driver queries via calls, emails, and WhatsApp
  • Resolve issues professionally and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documents (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Follow SOPs and compliance requirements strictly
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in customer support or operations
  • Strong communication skills (English mandatory)
  • Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership

Not Suitable For

  • Freshers
  • Candidates requiring constant supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
