About the Role

Make It Happen Services is hiring a full-time, in-person Nanny with a strong early childhood education background to support the development of two young children (ages 2 and 4) in Dorado, Puerto Rico. This is an education-focused role — not a housekeeping position. You will design and lead daily learning experiences in coordination with a nanny team to ensure consistency, routine, and growth.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily structured learning activities aligned with preschool developmental goals: literacy, pre-math, sensory play, fine motor skills, and early STEM
• Lead interactive, curiosity-driven experiences including reading, storytelling, arts and crafts, puzzles, nature exploration, and themed learning days
• Support language development and pre-academic skills through intentional routines
• Foster social-emotional growth: sharing, turn-taking, confidence, problem-solving, and emotional regulation
• Provide parents with regular written updates on milestones, routines, and developmental progress
• Collaborate with a second nanny to maintain consistent structure across the week
• Travel with the family during summer months to continue learning routines

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a nanny or in an early childhood education setting
• Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Montessori, or related field strongly preferred
• English required; Spanish preferred
• Valid U.S. work authorization and passport
• Ability to travel to the U.S. mainland during summer
