Accenture Song Stockholm is looking for an experienced and innovative Marketing Strategy Consultant for our Marketing Advisory team. As part of the Marketing Advisory team, you'll play a key role in leading the way for new and improved customer relevance marketing. For example, creating fit-for-purpose operating models, defining marketing transformation roadmaps, creating personalized communications, develop loyalty concepts and defining new ways of working with Generative AI for marketing.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with Clients: Partner with clients to create and implement strategic plans, including roadmaps, marketing models, automated communication flows, and loyalty concepts.
Drive Business Transformation: Identify and assess new opportunities, recommend solutions, and support the execution of strategies to create lasting business and customer impact.
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Gather and analyze data to develop insights and actionable recommendations.
Support Sales Initiatives: Contribute to sales activities on ongoing projects and other bids.
Lead and Mentor: Coach junior team members and lead cross functional delivery teams consisting of creatives, data analysts, MarTech developers and architects.
Innovate Our Offerings: Help us continuously improve and expand our services, ensuring we stay at the forefront of marketing advisory.
What we are looking for:
An innovative and analytical thinker.
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Good leadership skills and the ability to lead projects and people.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
3-8 years of experience in strategy consulting or in relevant roles within Marketing, CRM or Customer Experience.
Fluency in Swedish and English
