We are now expanding into Quantum research, and we are excited to do so. You’ll be working to support the internal and external communication of the project in addition to consulting on the Danish Quantum research landscape.

Join a dynamic international working environment with the opportunity to gain knowledge in business communication, project management, campaign management and finally, the Danish Quantum-ecosystem.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Advise the project leaders on the Quantum research ecosystem

  • Conduct market research and audience analysis

  • Update open positions on website weekly

  • Produce content for and set up newsletters and marketing automation emails

  • Assist the Science Hub team in developing marketing plans and running different types of marketing campaigns, events and activations

  • Assist the production of content (text and visual) for different marketing and communication activities, ensuring consistency with the brand guidelines and value-creating across channels and the customer journey

  • Assist in interpreting data from our marketing activities and present them in reports

  • Host 1-on-1 sessions with international PhDs and Postdocs to advise on Quantum career opportunities in Denmark

Your profile
You are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the area of Quantum, Physics (or other relevant education!) or you have a strong passion for Quantum. You are a motivated, creative and structured team player.

Must haves :

  • A passion for science, preferably Quantum

  • Proficient in English both verbally and in writing

  • Skills in data interpretation, analysis and visualization/reporting

  • Good organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently

Good to have:

  • Firsthand knowledge of Quantum research at Danish universities

  • Experience with our CRM system, HubSpot

  • Communications experience

  • Social Media Experience

Our offices are in the city center of Copenhagen, Denmark. You’ll work here part-time 12-15 hours per week. We’ll agree on a work schedule that fits with your studies.
