Joiner/ Multi Skilled Cis

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Joiner on CIS basis to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with the ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role involves fabricating and assembling various structures, ensuring precision and quality in all work completed. The Joiner will play a crucial part in our projects, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

• Fabricate and assemble wooden structures, including roofs and frameworks.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to perform joinery tasks.
• Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to specifications.
• Carry out masonry work as required for specific projects.
• Perform heavy lifting as necessary when handling materials and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure project timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joiner or Carpenter in a similar role.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery used in joinery.
• Strong understanding of joinery techniques and principles.
• Ability to read technical drawings and plans accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Pay: £120.00-£150.00 per day

Experience:

• Joinery: 4 years (preferred)
• Carpentry: 4 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• CSCS (preferred)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
