Your Role:
We’re looking for a Joiner with exceptional skills and an eye for detail to play a key role in our projects.

• Create and innovate: Design and install bespoke wooden frameworks and fittings for energy-efficient systems.
• Collaborate across trades: Work closely with plumbers, electricians, and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Work in diverse environments: From residential builds to commercial projects, no two days are the same.
• Ensure safety and quality: Maintain high standards of precision and safety in every task.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Joiner, ideally in construction or energy-related projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications with ease.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• A team-player attitude with the ability to work independently.
• A valid UK driving license to navigate Scotland’s diverse landscapes.
