Key Responsibilities

• Cost Calculation:Determine the costs for materials, labor, machinery, and any other expenses involved in a joinery project.
• Material & Labor Analysis:Evaluate the amount of materials and labor hours needed to produce the joinery work.
• Estimate Preparation:Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and bills of quantities for various projects, including bespoke furniture and interior fit-outs.
• Risk Assessment:Account for potential increases in costs due to factors like wasted materials, bad weather, shipping delays, and other variables.
• Client Collaboration:Work with clients to understand their needs and guide them through the design and estimating process.

Essential Skills and Knowledge

• Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of bespoke joinery, cabinetry, millwork, and construction methods.
• Project Management:Ability to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
• Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for preparing precise and competitive estimates.
• Pricing and Negotiation:Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to negotiate for favorable outcomes.

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
