Responsibilities:

• Support the review and update of policies and procedures to ensure they meet information security and data privacy standards.
• Assist the team in maintaining and monitoring the Information Security Management System (ISMS).
• Help coordinate periodic risk assessments and support the documentation of risk treatment plans.
• Assist in monitoring compliance with ISO 27001 controls and maintaining required documentation for audits.
• Support activities related to HIPAA Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules compliance.
• Assist in maintaining records related to Protected Health Information (PHI) risk assessments and safeguards.
• Support the management and documentation of Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) and vendor compliance records.
• Help organise and coordinate HIPAA and ISMS awareness and training programmes for employees.
• Assist in preparing for internal and external audits and maintaining audit evidence and documentation.
• Maintain records of audit findings and support the follow-up for closure of identified issues.
• Assist in tracking non-conformities and supporting the implementation of corrective actions (CAPA).
• Support employee awareness initiatives related to information security and compliance.
• Ensure new employees complete mandatory compliance induction programmes.
• Assist in documenting security incidents or data breaches and support the incident response process.
• Maintain proper documentation for incidents and compliance activities.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to information security and compliance processes.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements, standards, and best practices related to ISO 27001 and HIPAA.

Qualification : Any Graduates

Experience: HCC coding: 2 - 3 Years of Experience
