What you’ll do here:

• Assist with startup and commissioning of cooling towers and heat pump systems
• Support routine inspections and basic diagnostics
• Learn to read and interpret schematics and technical diagrams
• Document service activities and site observations
• Work alongside senior technicians to complete projects safely and efficiently
• Follow safety protocols including working-at-heights requirements, fall arrest, WHMIS, etc
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
• Communicate professionally with supervisors, sales teams, and customers on site

The experience you bring:

• Completion of a post-secondary program in an HVAC related program
• 2+ years of mechanical, HVAC, or related technical experience
• Basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing, or electrical systems is beneficial
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a hands-on environment
• Valid Working at Heights, Fall Arrest, and other required safety certifications, or comfortability to obtain upon hire
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites
• Strong reliability, work ethic, and attention to detail
