THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a Junior Equipment Sales Associate to join our Brooks branch. This entry-level sales role will focus primarily on zero-turn mowers, turf equipment and Bobcat equipment, while providing hands-on training and development towards agricultural equipment sales.

What You’ll Do

· Sales & Promotion

o Sell zero turn mowers, turf equipment and Bobcat compact equipment.

o Assist with walk-in customers, inquires and product recommendations.

o Conduct outbound calls with past and prospective customers to identify equipment needs, upgrades, and trade-in opportunities.

o Support promotions, seasonal campaigns and in-store displays.

o Assist with product demonstrations and sales campaigns.

· Customer Service & Relationship Building

o Act as an ambassador for Vanee Farm Centre, representing our brand with professionalism and care.

o Build long-term relationships with residential, acreage and light commercial customers.

o Follow up on leads and ensure a positive customer experience.

· Product Knowledge

o Develop a strong knowledge of turf and compact equipment product lines.

o Learn core sales skills, financing options and equipment applications.

o Support customers with informed advice tailored to their operation.

o Begin building fundamental knowledge of agricultural equipment and customer needs.

· Operational Support

o Assist with deliveries, appraisals, and yard organization.

o Provide sales support to the Sales Manager and team as required.

o Maintain showroom and equipment presentation standards.

· Ability to work both independently and within a team.

· Mechanically inclined or interested in equipment.

· Flexibility to occasionally work extended hours or travel to other branch locations.
