About Us

KnowFingerprints is a dynamic group of companies beginning with our core IT Services business. To fund our ambitious IT development goals, we have successfully generated capital through proprietary financial market trading. We are now establishing a new subsidiary, KnowFingerprints Financial Services, to formalize and scale this success.

Our new financial arm currently manages and trades the company's own capital, with a future vision to offer investment opportunities to external clients. We are looking for a sharp, analytical individual to join us at this foundational stage.

The Role

This is a unique and flexible role perfect for a finance student, a part-time MBA candidate, or a professional seeking to supplement their income. You will serve a dual purpose: acting as a client-facing financial adviser and providing crucial business-level analysis on our trading and investment strategies.

You will be working directly with the director, Stephen Gough, to help shape the future of this new venture. This is a contract position billed by the hour, offering you complete control over your schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Client Interaction & Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for initial client inquiries, explaining our company's unique story and investment approach.
• Develop clear and compliant communication materials to describe our proprietary trading strategies to potential future investors.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing updates and fostering trust in our services.

Business & Financial Analysis:

• Analyze trading performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of reports on portfolio performance, risk assessment, and market opportunities.
• Conduct research on financial markets, economic conditions, and competitive landscape to inform our trading decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support the development of our investment strategy and business model.

Operational Support:

• Help in the setup and structuring of the new financial services subsidiary.
• Contribute to the development of client onboarding processes and compliance frameworks.

Who We Are Looking For

• A current student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (highly desirable), or a professional with relevant experience.
• A strong interest in financial markets, trading, and investment strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in simple terms.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable environment for remote work.
