Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design, with a passion for creating visually appealing designs for various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic environment and work on diverse design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation:
• Develop high-quality designs for various marketing materials including social media posts, brochures, banners, flyers, and more.
• Work with the marketing team to create visual content for campaigns, advertisements, and brand guidelines.
• Brand Consistency:
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and maintain visual consistency across all materials.
• Collaborative Work:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to bring ideas to life through design.
• Revise designs based on feedback to meet client or project expectations.
• Creative Contribution:
• Suggest new design trends, techniques, and ideas to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
• Continuously improve design skills through research and experimentation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
• Basic knowledge of web design and UI/UX design principles is a plus.
• Other Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback.

Work Schedule & Interview Process

• Work Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rounds of Interview: 2 rounds (Direct interview)
• Work Mode: Office-based
• Joining: Immediate
