We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities at LILO. The ideal candidate should be organized, quick to learn, and passionate about ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operational tasks across processing centers, kiosks, and delivery workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels, stocks, and materials at kiosks and report shortages.
• Support logistics planning and ensure timely movement of goods.
• Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to operations.
• Conduct regular checks to ensure operational standards and procedures are followed.
• Handle basic customer support or store-related queries when required.
• Assist in identifying operational issues and report them to the senior team.
• Provide on-ground operational support during peak hours or special campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving ability.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region if required.
• Freshers with interest in operations and management are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
