We are looking for a passionate Junior Software Engineer who is eager to learn, build software, and grow in a startup environment. You will work closely with experienced team members to develop web applications using modern technologies and gain hands-on experience in Agentic AI.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in or around Karamadai, Coimbatore.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Learn and work with Agentic AI and modern software development practices.
• Debug, test, and improve application quality.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile team.

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
• Any Bachelor's Degree (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BCA, BBA, B.E./B.Tech, or equivalent).
• Strong interest in programming and software development.
• Willingness to learn Agentic AI and emerging technologies.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good typing speed.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Creative thinking with an Agile mindset.
• Accountable, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable working in a startup and small team environment.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, Python, React, or Laravel.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, APIs, Git, and databases.

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
