We are an award winning fresh juice producing company based in Ballymount, Dublin 24.

We are currently recruiting for a full time position as a production assistant in our juice kitchen. We are looking for someone who will grow with the company and develop in their career.

The successful applicant will receive “on the job” training in our methods of production to help them to become a key part and player within our team that produces and delivers our fresh, healthy juices on a daily basis, nationwide.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.00pm) & Shifts

The role is:

Working within our production area as part of a team.

Learning how we do what we do and noting why we do it.

Selecting & prepping ingredients for production.

Working within our quality control procedures & HACCP plan.

Processing ingredients in a timely and organised manner.

Working in an efficient manner to keep operations lean and productivity high.

Helping us to produce the highest quality juices available.

Helping to keep our food production and storage areas sanitized & organised.

Requirements:

- Strong work ethics and motivation to achieve the production targets

- Ability to work in fast pace in a production facility

- Ability to work as a part of team

- Deep cleaning of machines

- This is an excellent opportunity for motivated and industrious individuals with prior experience working in a food manufacturing industry.

Key Duties and responsibilities:

- Setting up equipment on a fast-paced production line with a responsibility to meet daily/weekly production requirements

- Complying at all times with SOPs and Safety and Quality procedures in your area

- Understand HACCP and adhere to all HACCP and food safety standards consistently

- Reporting any product, package or machine deficiencies to the Production Manager or Quality Manager

- Supporting other relevant personnel to ensure that the production line runs smoothly, safely and efficiently, resulting in the output of products which are of the highest quality, in line with company guidelines

- Maintain a hygienic, safe and organised work environment at all times.

Requirements:

1. Certificate in Food Safety.

2. Certificate in Manual Handling.

3. Experience and a solid understanding of H.A.C.C.P. systems.

4. Experience in a factory, production environment.

Pay: €28,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
