Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Accounts Executive with strong knowledge of Excel and Tally to manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling basic financial operations and official correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounting records in Tally.
- Prepare and manage Excel reports (sales, purchase, expenses, etc.).
- Handle invoices, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Assist in bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Draft and send professional emails for accounts-related communication.
- Support the senior accounts team in audits and monthly closures.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel (formulas, data entry, reporting).
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Good communication and email drafting skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
