Junior Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this entry-level role, you will work closely with our senior accounting staff to support daily financial operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with month-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Journal Entries: Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded accurately.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank, ledger, credit card, and inter-company account reconciliations.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.
• Month-End Close: Support senior accountants during month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Data Integrity: Update and maintain financial data in internal databases to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Cash Handling: Handling petty cash, cash receipts and maintaining books of record for the same.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field.
• Experience: 0–2 years of accounting experience; internships or entry-level corporate exposure is a plus.
• Software: Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data sorting) and familiarity with accounting software like Tally.
• Core Skills: Excellent numerical aptitude, high attention to detail, and robust organizational skills.
• Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills to interact across teams.

As we are a Therapy Centre, we are on the lookout for someone patient and caring towards children and sensitive towards the difficulties faced by parents of special needs children.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
