N3 CVRT based in Damastown, Dublin 15 is currently recruiting for a Junior Admin to join their team.

The company has two main areas of business:

Commercial Vehicle Testing

Commercial Vehicle Maintenance

The role is full time and an attractive package on offer.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office is required and experience of using Garage Data Systems (GDS) and Covis System would be advantageous but is not essential for this position.

Tasks:

• Looking after a busy Front Desk Reception
• Multitasking essential
• Organising collections and deliveries
• Answering phones
• Dealing with Customer Face to Face
• Managing online booking system
• Recording cost and expense information
• Scanning and Uploading
• Contacting Customers
• Other General Office Duties
• Liasing with Accountants, other staff and relevant employees from other Departments

Requirement:

· Strong attention to detail

· Trustworthy

· Ability to work on own initiative

· Good interpersonal skills, this role requires interaction across the business

· Digitally literate
