Responsibilities
- Utilize Netsuite and financial point systems to provide value-added analysis and reporting, driving insights for operational improvements.
- Engage directly with business users to gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve process efficiencies.
- Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements for software development.
- Offer strategic recommendations to business users and executives, facilitating informed decision-making.
- Support day-to-day system operations, advocating for and implementing a data-driven culture.
- Conduct targeted training sessions to empower business users, boosting their system knowledge, confidence, and operational efficiency.
- Adapt to a dynamic industry landscape, ensuring rapid delivery and time-to-market for system solutions.
- Accommodate flexible working hours to ensure alignment and communication with global teams.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a systems analysis or project management role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked with financial systems.
- Background in accounting or systems consulting, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.
- Innovative thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Solid understanding of accounting/financial concepts and systems.
