As a junior associate working in the Falcon Compliance team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:
Conduct periodic audits (call audits, process audits)
- Verify adherence to compliance guidelines, regulatory norms, and internal SOPs.
Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete records (e.g., call recordings, documentation gaps).
What We’re Looking For:
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch gaps quickly.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and audit reporting.
- Knowledge of call-based audits and sales process compliance.
High integrity and ethical mindset.
