As a junior associate working in the Falcon Compliance team at Ditto, here’s what your day might look like:

Conduct periodic audits (call audits, process audits)
Verify adherence to compliance guidelines, regulatory norms, and internal SOPs.
Identify missing, incorrect, or incomplete records (e.g., call recordings, documentation gaps).

What We’re Looking For:

Strong analytical and documentation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to catch gaps quickly.
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and audit reporting.
Knowledge of call-based audits and sales process compliance.
High integrity and ethical mindset.
