Junior Buyer

At VERO MODA, we are looking for a Junior Buyer who enjoys the combination of product development, commercial thinking and structured follow-up. You’re eager to learn, enjoy working closely with buyers, designers and suppliers and take pride in keeping the buying process moving from idea to delivery.

YOUR TEAM
You will become part of a product team in our Buying & Design department, where buyers and designers work closely together to develop relevant and commercial collections that reflect our brand direction and respond to our customers and the market.

We move quickly, share responsibility and rely on each other to turn ideas into products and deliver collections on time.

YOUR ROLE
As Junior Buyer, you'll support the buying process from product development and supplier dialogue to orders, production and delivery. Working closely with the buyers and designers, you'll contribute to product development while taking responsibility for the coordination, follow-up and administration that keep the process moving.

Your responsibilities include:

• contributing to product development in close collaboration with buyers and designers
• using sales performance, product insights and market trends to support the buying process
• working closely with suppliers on samples, quality, prices and timelines
• creating and maintaining styles, purchase orders and relevant product information in our systems
• coordinating and following up on samples, production, orders, deliveries and deadlines

You have a commercial mindset, an eye for product and a structured approach to your work. You take ownership of your tasks, enjoy working with others and are motivated by developing your buying skills.

We imagine that you:

• have experience from the fashion industry within buying, product development or sourcing
• have a strong interest in product, trends and the market
• work in a structured way and are comfortable managing multiple styles, orders and deadlines
• are confident working with systems, data and administrative processes
• communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken
