We are seeking a talented Junior Car Sales Executive to join our dynamic team .

Doyle’s Garage is a main dealer for MG Motors, GWM Ora and Subara while also stocking a stunning line up of quality used vehicles. Established in 1950, Doyles Garage is well established in the motor industry and our proud of our commitment to excellent customer service.

As a Junior Car Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by achieving and exceeding sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring an enjoyable car buying experience, all while receiving hands on training!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the display of new and used vehicles.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles. This role will be based in our new dealership for the MG Motors Franchise.
• Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs to recommend the most suitable vehicles.
• Conducting effective sales presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
• Negotiating sales terms and closing deals to achieve customer satisfaction and maximize profitability.
• Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, promotions, and financing options.
• Proactively following up with leads and potential customers to nurture relationships and drive sales.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve shared goals and foster a positive and supportive work environment.
• Photographing cars and advertising online. This will involve shooting content to promote vehicles.
• Completing training milestones.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A positive and can-do attitude!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• A passion to learn and a stay up to date on industry knowledge.
• A full valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: €40,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
