Goldview Property Management Ltd. is seeking a qualified candidate for a junior on-site condominium management position.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of Condominium property management experience;
• valid CMRAO license;
• valid drivers license;
• ability to supervise 2-3 people;
• ability to work in fast-paced environment;
• Condominium setting experience;
• experience with Condominium mechanical systems;
• attention to detail;
• dependability;
• excellent written communication;
• excellent oral communication;
• organized;
• team player;
• effective interpersonal skills;
• proficient with MS Word, Electronic Mail (email), MS Office;
• ability to prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance;
• ability to co-ordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovation;
• ability to monitor progress and cost of work for property owners,
• ability compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income;
• ensure response to trouble calls from clients and tenants;
• possess a high school diploma;
• possess a college/university degree, or non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years; and
• English speaking.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
