  • Present simple insights that highlight trends or performance opportunities

  • Support weekly reporting cycles and performance reviews

Process Improvement Projects

  • Participate in workshops and improvement initiatives (e.g. root cause analysis, value stream mapping)

  • Document processes, collect data and help track benefits from CI projects

  • Stay curious and contribute fresh ideas that could improve how we work

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build relationships with key contacts in Operations, Engineering and Analytics teams

  • Share updates, raise issues and ask questions to help keep projects moving

  • Champion continuous improvement culture across your area and share quick wins

Qualifications
  • A relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data/Analytics or related)

  • 1–2 years' experience in a supply chain, logistics, CI or operational support role (internships or grad roles welcome)

  • Strong analytical skills – comfortable working in Excel, with exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)

  • Some understanding of Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement concepts

  • Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to work with a variety of teams

  • A positive, can-do attitude and desire to learn and grow within a high-performing team
