Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst Intern who is passionate about data, business analytics, and mobile app performance. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience working with real-world datasets, dashboards, SQL, Excel, and business intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion metrics.
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Write SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
• Monitor key app performance metrics such as DAU, MAU, Retention, Churn, Conversion Rate, ARPU, and Revenue.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy by cleaning and validating datasets.
• Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Charts, Advanced Formulas).
• Basic knowledge of SQL.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Good communication and presentation abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and work with large datasets.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or mobile app analytics.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting projects.
• Understanding of business metrics and KPI tracking.
