Role Overview:

The Junior Designer plays a key role in the design and delivery of innovative façade solutions for a variety of building projects, including residential, and mixed-use developments. This position requires a strong background in architectural design, engineering principles, and project management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure projects meet design, technical, and performance standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Study and follow a complete design brief.
• Adhere to project deadlines and schedules.

· Develop technical drawings, details, and 3D models for façade components and systems.

· Collaborate with Architects, Structural Engineers, and consultants to integrate façade systems with overall building designs.

· Evaluate and analyse façade systems for structural integrity, thermal performance, and compliance with local building regulations.

· Conduct material selection and specifications in collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers.

· Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for client approvals and regulatory submissions.

· Shop drawing reviews, on-site inspections, and coordination during the construction phase.

· Troubleshoot design or construction challenges, ensuring solutions align with project requirements and timelines.

• Provide the Sales and Customer Services Team with technical support as required.
• Undertake special projects as required.
• Make design changes on existing products.

Key Skills and Qualifications Required:

· Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

· Knowledge of façade materials, systems, and construction techniques.

· Familiarity with structural and thermal analysis software is a plus.

• An excellent grasp of engineering and design principles.

Soft Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills to convey design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Teamwork capabilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €29,500.00 per year
