Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with at least 2+ years of experience in handling marketplace accounts such as Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in account management, Safe-T claims, FBA shipments and strong coordination skills with customers as well as platform account managers.

Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Account Management ● Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts. ● Ensure accurate product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and stock replenishment. ● Monitor account health, performance reports, and customer feedback to maintain compliance with marketplace guidelines. Order & Claim Management ● Handle Safe-T claims and ensure timely submission with proper documentation. ● Follow up on pending claims/cases with Amazon/Flipkart support teams until resolution. ● Manage returns, refunds, and customer disputes, ensuring smooth resolution. FBA Shipment & Inventory Management ● Coordinate FBA shipments, inbounding, and reconciliation. ● Track inventory levels, prevent stock-outs, and ensure timely replenishment. ● Manage fulfillment processes including warehouse coordination, order processing, and returns management.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon & Flipkart seller accounts. ● Strong knowledge of Safe-T claim processes and dispute handling. ● Good understanding of marketplace policies, compliance, and account health parameters. ● Strong communication skills to coordinate with account managers and customers. ● Proficiency in Excel, reporting, and data analysis. ● Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail and follow-up discipline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
